Indonesian Pancakes ‚Serabi Kinca‘
Serabi Kinca Hi guys... l am back. This time, l will show you how to make 'serabi kinca‘ (traditional Indonesian pancakes). It's from Bandung, West Java. I lived in Bandung for about 5 months where l spent time undertaking a German course. Remember when l made these pancakes l got many positives reactions from my friends. So that I won't forget the recipe l will put them in my blog. Let’s check it out! For the dough; 150 gr flour 50 gr rice flour 250 ml of coconut milk 1 tsp pandan paste 1 egg 3 tbsp of sugar 1/2 tsp of backing powder 1/2 tsp of dry yeast 1/2 tsp of salt Mix the pandan paste with coconut milk. Then put all the ingredients together. Mix them well. Cover the mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
